1. Placement and Access
The customer grants Clean Bin Dumpster Rental right of entry for delivery and retrieval of equipment. The customer agrees to maintain an unobstructed pathway for our delivery trucks.
2. Level Loading & Highway Transport
All debris must be loaded level with the top rail of the dumpster container. In accordance with Florida Department of Transportation regulations, our drivers cannot transport overloaded containers.
3. Prohibited Materials
Hazardous substances, liquids, car batteries, wet paint, asbestos, freon appliances, and propane tanks are strictly prohibited under Florida DEP laws.
